Rooted!?
Keep is Rooted, and then not. Yes people you can move - albeit
ever so slowly. Cannot be turned on while jumping, and turns off if Combat
Jumping or Superjump are turned on and the other way around (so there's our
-5% DEF just like with Invulnerability). Incompatible with Sprint as well,
but doesn't seem to affect either Damage or recharge rate in any negative way.
